Scroggin Mix Snack

This is the perfect snack for in between meals, not only do these seeds and nuts contain zinc, selenium and loads of vitamins which are excellent for eye health, they also contain a heap of protein to keep you full for much longer.

Ingredients:

1 cup chopped almonds

1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts

1 cup chopped cashews

1 cup pumpkin seeds

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

Pour contents of bowl into a serving dish for entertaining.

TipStore any remaining mix in the refrigerator for 2-4 weeks in a glass jar or storage container.
