Tropical Breakfast Smoothie

This simple and refreshing treat is packed with lutein, zeaxanthin and vitamin C. In addition to feeding your eyes, the coconut water will replenish your body with electrolytes, and the chia seeds will keep you full. You could also add protein powder of your choice if you are exercising an hour within drinking.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup frozen mango

1/4 cup frozen pineapple

1 cup spinach / kale

1 cup coconut water

1/2 cup chia seeds

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend, let the chia seeds soak for around 10-15 mins (if you can wait!) and enjoy!
